VIBRANT CITIES: NIWA
SEATTLE, WA

The Vibrant Cities NIWA project is designed as a micro-housing housing site located in the Uptown neighborhood, near the Seattle Center.  At eight stories, NIWA  offers a mid-rise, mixed use facility with 134 residential units and 31 parking stalls. The design includes a mid block connector for pedestrian traffic between Seattle Center and prominent retail and restaurants. This project will pursue LEED Gold Certification.
