Alexan Central Park Named a Finalist for Multi-Family Residential Urban Development of the Year

 

Stunning views of Mt. Rainier, a midlevel garden, spacious units, and a rooftop deck with a big screen and stainless-steel appliances are just some of the tenant amenities inside the Alexan Central Park apartments recently named a finalist for Multi-Family Residential Urban Development of the Year in NAIOP Washington State’s Night of the Stars Awards showcase.

“It was an honor to design this centrally-located building which provides up-scale living next to Redmond’s downtown park,” said JMA Principal Matt Laase. “The urban focused mixed-use project will offer comfort and convenience for its residents and the surrounding community.”

Alexan Central Park includes 193 units and a 3,900 SF ground floor retail space connecting the development to Redmond Downtown Park. The building is tall and multi-functional, but still maintains the openness of Downtown Redmond.

*Trammel Crow Residential recently sold Alexan Central Park to Equity Residential of Chicago. The apartments will be renamed Zephyr on the Park.
