Union 93

JMA is currently working with Guerdon on Union 93, a modular mixed-used apartment complex under construction in Meridian, Idaho. The development’s 2 buildings will provide 350 residential units, 631 parking spaces, 2 retail spaces, as well as multiple amenity spaces with views of the surrounding landscape.

Residents will enjoy a fitness center, pet spa, co-working areas, resident storage units, spacious lobbies with seating, a leasing office, and secure package storage. Modular design allows the project to begin site work and construction of units at the same time. JMA is currently overseeing permit documentation.
