Jackson | Main Architecture, P.S. (JMA) designed Cubix at Othello, a six-story modular residential development for NexGen Housing Partners located adjacent to the Othello Light Rail Station in Seattle. The project includes 85 residential units, ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments.
Technical innovations include shared wet-wall construction, integrated accessibility strategies, streamlined MEP routing, and a drag-strut structural system that eliminates traditional hold-downs, simplifying fabrication and installation. Cubix at Othello received the NAIOP WA Night of the Stars Award for Multi-Family Residential Urban Development of the Year – Less Than 100 Units.
