JMA Principal Matt Laase speaks on the Mainstream Modular Podcast. Matt discusses Union 93, a modular mixed-used apartment complex under construction in Meridian, Idaho. The development’s 2 buildings will provide 350 residential units, 631 parking spaces, 2 retail spaces, as well as multiple amenity spaces with views of the surrounding landscape.
