Linden Modular Apartments | Seattle, WA

Jackson | Main Architecture, P.S. (JMA) conducted a modular feasibility and conversion study to transition the Linden Apartments from a traditional site-built midrise into a modular mixed-use development.

The proposed design includes a Type V-A, five-story wood-frame structure over a Type I-A podium, accommodating 147 residential units along with retail, parking, and service spaces. The study evaluated module sizing, stacking strategies, structural systems, and podium integration to validate modular delivery without sacrificing density.
