Jackson | Main Architecture, P.S. (JMA) developed the Oldivai Modular Townhomes as part of a workforce housing program leveraging infill redevelopment and modular construction to increase housing density near major employment centers.
Designed as a repeatable modular townhouse prototype, the Oldivai program transforms vacant and underutilized sites into small-scale multifamily developments, typically ranging from four to twenty units per site. Standardized modular templates reduce construction risk, shorten schedules, and lower overall project costs while preserving neighborhood character.
