Jackson | Main Architecture, P.S. (JMA) designed Harbor Avenue Self Storage, a vertical, climate-controlled self-storage facility prominently located along Seattle’s waterfront. Developed on a remediated 1.24-acre industrial site, the project transforms underutilized land into a secure, high-capacity community asset. The 130,000 SF facility delivers storage across three stories plus a basement, housing 1,117 rentable units in a range of sizes to support both residential and commercial users.

Vertical massing, durable materials and efficient internal layouts maximize capacity while maintaining strong street presence and operational clarity.
