Jackson | Main Architecture, P.S. (JMA) designed a fully enclosed, three-story self-storage facility located in San Diego’s Del Sur community. The approximately 138,000 GSF facility includes ~1,120 storage units, purpose-designed to support efficient operations, strong street presence, and long-term market performance.

The project incorporates an integrated leasing and management office, customer parking, and thoughtfully designed landscaping that enhances visibility and site circulation while maintaining compatibility with the surrounding context. Developed on a previously sheet-graded, vacant 1.85-acre parcel, the facility maximizes storage capacity through vertical organization and durable construction strategies. Comprehensive site improvements were coordinated to support clear customer access, secure operations and efficient unit layouts.
