CubeSmart Self Storage | Seattle, WA

Jackson | Main Architecture, P.S. (JMA) designed this 137,604 SF, four-story-plus-basement CubeSmart facility on a steep 1.20-acre urban site along Aurora Avenue. The building was stepped into the hillside to reduce excavation, includes a covered internal drive-through, and achieved LEED certification during a citywide self-storage moratorium.
