Jackson | Main Architecture, P.S. (JMA) led this adaptive reuse project, transforming a single-story tilt-up warehouse into a three-story, 91,648 SF self-storage facility. The design preserved the original precast concrete walls while adding two new levels and lateral expansions, resulting in 742 climate-controlled units and extended building life.
