Extra Space Storage | Shoreline, WA

Jackson | Main Architecture, P.S. (JMA) designed this 106,000 SF, five-story Extra Space Storage facility, one of the few LEED Certified self-storage buildings in Washington State. Built into a steep hillside, the structure combines three levels of Type II-B construction over two levels of Type I-A, requiring extensive site preparation and structural coordination.
