Interbay Self Storage | Seattle, WA

Jackson | Main Architecture, P.S. (JMA) designed Interbay Self Storage, a 95,000 SF, four-story, 3-over-1 facility in Seattle’s Interbay neighborhood. Through strategic use of color, material variation, depth, and transparency, the building elevates the visual quality of self-storage architecture within an industrial corridor. The project required an Alternate Materials and Methods (AMM) approval and earned a NAIOP Industrial Development of the Year nomination.
