Alderwood Village | Lynnwood, WA

Jackson | Main Architecture, P.S. (JMA) provided architectural design services for a major urban renewal project in Lynnwood, replacing an aging three story office building and parking garage with a high density mixed-use residential development.

The proposed project encompasses approximately 532,640 square feet and includes 349 residential units above ground floor retail space. Conceived as the largest development proposed in Lynnwood at the time, the project was designed to significantly increase housing capacity while supporting walkable access to nearby retail, transit, and outdoor amenities.
