Jackson | Main Architecture, P.S. (JMA) provided architectural design services for an urban renewal mixed-use development in Redmond. The project is organized around a high-rise residential and office tower positioned above an activated podium and public open space.

The development integrates an elevated urban park plaza that supports pedestrian movement and visual connections to adjacent sites. At the podium level, a publicly accessible plaza creates a central gathering space and provides graceful pedestrian linkages to nearby amenities, including the skate park and the transit center.
