212 Business Park | Kent, WA

Jackson | Main Architecture, P.S. (JMA) partnered with PS Business Parks to reposition a multi-building industrial property in Kent originally acquired with significant physical and market challenges. At the time of acquisition, the campus was approximately 50% vacant and constrained by low clear heights, limited sprinkler capacity, and underutilized infrastructure including abandoned rail spurs.

JMA supported the transformation through a strategic combination of cosmetic and functional upgrades aimed at improving tenant appeal and long-term performance. Enhancements included refreshed building exteriors, improved landscaping, the introduction of additional tenant storefronts, and the creative repurposing of existing rail doors to support modern industrial and flex uses. These targeted improvements helped reposition the property within the Kent industrial market while maximizing the value of existing structures. A key highlight of the campus is the recent transformation of Building I, which achieved LEED certification through thoughtful upgrades that balanced sustainability goals with operational efficiency - reinforcing the project’s long-term viability and adaptability.
