MV Transit | Redmond, WA

Jackson | Main Architecture, P.S. (JMA) designed this 15,125 SF transit maintenance facility supporting The Connector - a private bus service provider for Microsoft. The project was delivered as a pre-manufactured building with a 3,270 SF office mezzanine, providing efficient separation between administrative and operations spaces.

The facility includes approximately 5,500 SF of offices and 9,600 SF dedicated to shop, storage, and bus wash functions, along with an on-site fuel dispensing island serving both diesel and gasoline vehicles. JMA guided the project through the City of Redmond Public Design Review, achieving approval in just two meetings, demonstrating an efficient and streamlined entitlement process.
