MODULAR SENIOR HOUSING | RANCHO CORDOVA CA

We designed this 48-unit, three-story modular independent senior living community in Rancho Cordova, CA. The project supports aging-in-place with a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom units, community amenities and retail. The design prioritizes modular efficiency; featuring prefabricated construction, centralized water boilers, solar panels, and energy-efficient systems, demonstrating JMA’s ability to deliver high-performance, senior-focused modular housing.
