Completed by Colvos Construction in 2025 under the development of Insite Property Group, this modern facility turned an exhausted site into a highly visible asset along the Interstate 5 corridor. The SecureSpace Beacon Hill project is approximately 129,00 GSF, spanning across 5 levels with two elevators. The existing site topography benefitted the project by allowing two levels of covered ground floor loading, maximizing value, and meeting climactic needs. The facility is climate controlled and develops approximately 54kW of energy through a photovoltaic array.
