Insite Property Group lead the redevelopment of the retired Time Oil Company property into a secure modern facility. The SecureSpace Salmon Bay project is approximately 164,00 GSF, spanning across 4 levels with two elevators & three loading areas. The existing site topography benefitted the project by allowing two levels of loading and two extensive covered loading areas, maximizing access, and meeting climactic needs. The facility reduces energy consumption through high efficiency heat pumps, ERV fan units and 68 kW photovoltaic array.
