UNION 93 MODULAR APARTMENTS | MERIDIAN, ID

Jackson | Main Architecture, P.S. (JMA) designed Union 93, a large-scale modular mixed-use residential development in Meridian, Idaho.

The project comprises two buildings totaling approximately 330 residential units across 620,000 SF of buildable area, with Type I-A podium parking levels supporting modular construction above. Podium courtyards, amenity spaces, and street-facing retail along Broadway Avenue enhance the urban experience, while a dedicated railroad easement provides fire access and circulation.
