Jackson | Main Architecture, P.S. (JMA) delivered architectural services for the expansion of West Coast Self-Storage Lacey, featuring a three-story, 70,300 GSF Type II facility supported by three additional storage buildings, adding 57,046 GSF of new capacity.

A distinct 1,800 GSF street-front retail office building was designed to comply with city design standards, while new pedestrian connections and landscape improvements along the eastern property line fulfilled Right-of-Way and easement requirements, enhancing long-term site connectivity.
