Iowa Self Storage Project Quickly Comes to Life

Souix City Self Storage is currently under construction in Sioux City, Iowa.

Sioux City Self Storage, a facility JMA designed to include three stories and nearly 600 storage units, is currently under construction with a recently completed foundation.

“Our team worked really hard to keep up with the owner’s tight schedule, and I’m excited to see our designs come to life so quickly,” said JMA Designer Anne Judkis who is overseeing construction administration for the project. “This self storage facility will be a colorful addition to the Sioux City, Iowa community.”

Owned by Kosko Properties, the 92,453 SF building will also offer 35 parking spaces, office space, restrooms, and additional support spaces. JMA was involved in the early planning stages and design development and will see the project through completion.
