Jackson | Main Architecture, P.S. (JMA) designed this three-story, approximately 100,000 SF self-storage facility for PSI LLC in Bonney Lake, Washington. Situated on a 65,162 SF site, the project features Type II-B construction with S-1 occupancy, climate-controlled units, and efficient internal circulation. The building’s geometric metal panel façade in green and silver tones reinforces brand identity while establishing a recognizable corridor presence within the growing South Puget Sound market.
