SecureSpace Self Storage | SEATAC, WA

Developed by Insite Property Group,  the SecureSpace Seatac project is approximately 164,00 GSF with five levels embedded into a steeply sloped site. The project result was a single-story appearance along the street elevation and a five-story appearance along the highly visible SR 509 and Seatac flight corridor. The building is constructed using contrasting concrete & variable metal siding patterns to accentuate the overall massing. The spacious loading provides covered protection to tenants, with direct access to the elevators. The facility is climate controlled and constructed by Colvos Construction in 2025.
