Jackson | Main Architecture, P.S. (JMA) provided architectural design services for a proposed five story townhome development within Seattle’s Uptown Urban Village. The 34,074 square foot project includes 20 residential units and garage podium parking.

The design emphasizes access to natural light, privacy through window screening strategies, shared garden spaces, and private rooftop decks with green roofs. Developed by American Dream Home Group, the project successfully advanced through Seattle Design Review.
