South Hill data center (Centeris/Benaroya) | Puyallup, WA

Jackson | Main Architecture, P.S. (JMA) transformed a 300,000 SF, three-story microchip processing facility into a state-of-the-art data center campus located on a 100-acre site in Puyallup, Washington. The comprehensive renovation introduced a new main entry and lobby, modern office and control spaces, and approximately 55,000 SF of raised access floor supporting mission-critical operations. The design balanced performance, resilience, and long-term adaptability while modernizing the building envelope and interior systems.

The project was recognized with the NAIOP “Outstanding Project of the Year” Award for Exterior Commercial Projects in Washington and achieved LEED® Gold Certification, underscoring JMA’s ability to align data center performance with sustainability and architectural quality.
