ALEXAN CENTRAL PARK (Zephyr on the Park) | Redmond, WA

Jackson | Main Architecture, P.S. (JMA) provided architectural design services for Alexan Central Park, also known as Zephyr on the Park, a multifamily residential development in Redmond. Developed by Trammell Crow Residential, the project delivers a high-density housing solution adjacent to regional open space and urban amenities.

The building includes 193 residential units and features a five over three construction configurations, rising approximately 85 feet and recognized as the tallest wood frame residential structure in Redmond at the time of completion. Sustainability was a key focus of the project, which achieved a three-star rating through the Built Green program. Design strategies incorporated low energy systems and environmentally responsible features throughout the building. Alexan Central Park includes a mix of market rate and income restricted units, supporting housing affordability within a growing urban center. Resident amenities include a fitness center, central courtyard, rooftop deck with views toward Lake Sammamish, and a dedicated dog wash station. Together, these elements create a well-balanced residential environment that supports sustainability, livability, and long-term community value.
