Chapter at Eugene (Excelsior Tower) | Eugene, OR

Jackson | Main Architecture, P.S. (JMA) provided architectural design services for Chapter at Eugene, also known as the Excelsior Tower, a 12 story student housing high-rise located in Eugene near the University of Oregon. The project was designed to support high density student living within an urban context while activating the street level with mixed-use programming.

The Type IB building rises approximately 138 feet and occupies a 10,668 square foot footprint. The project includes 119 residential units totaling 302 bedrooms, with unit types ranging from studios to five-bedroom apartments. Residential amenities include a twelfth-floor resident lounge, study lounges, a coffee bar, a fitness center, and an enclosed dog run. Ground level spaces accommodate retail uses and a leasing office to support daily operations and neighborhood engagement.
