Jackson | Main Architecture, P.S. (JMA) provided architectural design services for Redmond Square Apartments, a multifamily residential development completed in the period following the 2008 economic recession. The project successfully advanced through the PREP and SPE approval processes within an accelerated six-month timeframe, supporting timely delivery in a challenging market environment.

The approximately 150,000 square foot development includes 224 residential units located near downtown Redmond, reinforcing walkable access to employment, services, and transit. The building’s exterior presents a bold, contemporary architectural expression, while the interior design prioritizes comfort and livability. Unit layouts range from one to four bedrooms and feature generous living spaces, walk-in closets, granite countertops, and expansive views toward the surrounding urban context. Completed as a durable and market responsive housing solution, Redmond Square Apartments contributes to the continued growth and residential character of downtown Redmond.
