Jackson | Main Architecture, P.S. (JMA) designed a standalone 3-story self-storage facility with basement, totaling 88,338 SF, as part of the larger Elevation 16 mixed use development in West Seattle. Seamlessly integrated into a dense urban site, the storage component addresses the growing demand for secure, accessible and well-designed vertical storage in the White Center neighborhood. JMA’s role encompassed full architectural design coordination, building code and zoning compliance and life safety strategy development for both vertical and mixed use construction.
