West Coast Self-Storage | Jurupa Valley, california

Developed by Northwest Building & operated by West Coast Self-Storage, the Jurupa Valley project maximized density by renovating an existing facility and constructing two new single-story buildings. Building A , an existing 33,000 sf multi-tenant storage/industrial building, was remodeled to include a new leasing office and nearly 25,000 sf of leasable storage. The exterior renovations included construction of a new tower element above the leasing office, new stucco finish, and replacement of the existing fire damaged roof. Building B is a newly constructed 21,900 sf sprinklered building that incorporates an 18” loading dock & partial retaining wall along the rear wall to manage existing conditions and minimize export and retaining wall size. Additionally, the building was constructed to include an approximately 17 kWh renewable energy array. Building C is newly constructed building containing 5,800 sf of exterior access units. The building is constructed with slab steps to accommodate sloping grade along the length of the building. Site improvements include perimeter masonry fencing, security access grates, landscaping and offsite equestrian trail connector. The project was substantially complete in May 2026.
