Developed by Northwest Building & operated by West Coast Self-Storage, the Santa Rosa Piner project is 64,000 sf in one, three-story building. This fully climate controlled facility went through a lengthy entitlement process that included full design review.  The project includes a looping fire lane, a bio retention planter that holds stormwater prior to releasing into a nearby creek. There is a secure loading bay, and 4 parking stalls adjacent to the office.  The project was substantially complete in December 2024.
