Construction Update
Roystone Apartments- Seattle, WA
The eight-story Roystone Apartments are currently under construction in Lower Queen Anne. The 74,000 SF building will include 93 units, retail space, as well as roof decks with stunning views of the Space Needle and the Seattle Skyline.
Completion is expected in 2022. Pavilion construction is currently working on the seventh level.
U-District Safeway Redevelopment- Seattle, WA
Seattle’s U-District Safeway is being replaced with a 7-story apartment complex on top of an expanded Safeway store. The 316,000 SF development, currently under construction, will bring housing and retail within walking distance of the new U-District Link light rail station.
Completion is targeted in time for the opening of the next school year, Fall 2022. Podium is almost complete and wood levels are about to start.
West Coast Self Storage- Lacey, WA
West Coast Self Storage demolished a 5,000 SF wood-frame building in Lacey to begin construction on a new self-storage facility with 2 separate buildings. The 3-story eastern building will include an office and small retail space. The western building will be a single-story structure just for storage.
Completion is expected in mid-December.
Sioux City Self Storage- Sioux City, Iowa
Sioux City Self Storage will include 3 stories and nearly 600 storage units. The facility is currently under construction with a recently completed foundation. Read more about the project here.
