IHG MODULAR PROTOTYPES | MULTIPLE LOCATIONS, US

We developed modular guestroom prototype packages for InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) brands, including Holiday Inn Express & Suites and Avid Hotels, aligning brand standards with factory-built delivery. Our scope focused on guestroom and typical module planning, modular stacking/sequence logic, and documentation of modular vs. site-built interfaces impacting the room modules. JMA coordinated modular-focused structural and MEP input to support connection strategy, chase/vent routing, and riser coordination at the guestroom/module level. The result is a repeatable, permitting-ready modular room prototype framework that supports speed-to-occupancy, cost control, and a brand-consistent guest experience.
