CANYON RIDGE SHOPPING CENTER | KENT, WA

Jackson | Main Architecture, P.S., (JMA) managed a notable transformation project for Old Navy located in the Canyon Ridge Shopping Center, in Kent, WA. This endeavor focused on a substantial refreshment of the store's layout within the existing center. The scope included dismantling the original storefront, concrete masonry units (CMU), and various interior elements. Furthermore, JMA spearheaded the construction of a new entrance, updated storefront, and restructured interior partitions. The renovation emphasized enhancing the 2,450 square foot (sq. ft.) storage area and the 10,050 sq. ft. retail space, aligning with occupancy norms for both storage and mercantile areas, accommodating up to 177 occupants.
